Are you an "expert" or an explorer? I have always experienced an unsettling feeling in an argument whenever someone plays the "expert" card. When someone's go to move is to say that I know better because I am an expert. Over the years, as my expertise have grown, I have made conscious efforts to remind myself that every argument is a learning opportunity, not a platform to satisfy my ego of being called an expert. Your expertise will grow much faster, if instead of trying to satisfy your fragile sense of superiority, your intentions are to learn, explore and help others grow. If you don't know it, admit it.
